OM Torque — Return and Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. If something is not right, contact us at contact@omtorque.com and we will make it right.

Physical products (EV chargers, energy monitors, smart plugs)

• You may return a product within 30 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
• To start a return, email us with your order number. We will reply with the return instructions within 1 business day.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of inspection.
• If the product arrived damaged, defective or we sent you the wrong item, we cover the return shipping and you pay nothing.
• Opened or installed products that are not defective can be returned within 30 days and may be subject to inspection; items must include all accessories and original packaging.

Digital products (guides and e-books)

• Digital guides are delivered electronically and are not returnable once delivered, except if the file is defective or cannot be opened — in that case we will replace the file or refund you in full.

Order cancellations

• You can cancel an order at no charge any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Manufacturer warranties apply to physical products as provided by the manufacturer. OM Torque is an authorized reseller of Emporia Energy products.
