Physical products
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping area: we ship within the United States (contiguous US). For orders outside the US, contact us at contact@omtorque.com before ordering and we will confirm options.
- Cost: Emporia EV chargers and energy products ship FREE within the contiguous US. Any other shipping cost, if applicable, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery time: typical delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Digital products
- Guides and e-books are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout, typically within a few hours and always within 24 hours. No shipping fees apply.
